First and foremost I would highly recommend Nate and his crew! I called Nate on Tuesday morning, he walked the project and provided a quote Tuesday afternoon. They started the project Thursday morning and were complete and cleaned up by Saturday evening. This type of responsiveness is unheard of with contractors these days! The scope of the project entailed demolition of multiple ceilings / floors and approximately 8 walls (not at all a small project).They were very respectful of the our property and went above and beyond to protect various trim work and flooring that we wanted to keep in place. My experience with demo contractors in past is that you have to spend quite a bit of time with re-work / damage after they are done, but this is the not the case with Nate and his crew! Nate is an excellent communicator and keeps you up to date with progress photos / videos. He also will call and ask questions to clarify the homeowners expectations before just taking something down. We got some excavation, a retention wall, and gravel added to a lot. There were bricks, a fence, cinder block, and all kinds of junk in the lot that needed removal. Honest. Dependable. Affordable. Great communication. I'm a local real estate agent and needed help cleaning up a bunch of my rental properties. Hauling nasty garbage, heavy heavy debris and logs, moving appliances and so on. I had Nate reach out on an ad posting looking for help hauling out this tree that was struck by lightning and felled. It was a ridiculously tall tree and about two dumpster fulls of HEAVY logs. Nate got it done got the yard cleaned up and then hauled out trash behind some of my other properties and moved building materials from one property to another all in the same job and then came back and ground out the stump from this tree. Then when I forgot to ask about some items and odds and ends he came back and took care of it all after I had already paid him and didn't charge me anything for the add on work.
