Construction Debris Removal in Pittsburgh, PA

This is the busy season for demo work I guess, and I needed work done fast before the HELOC estimator came by. Had a nasty derelict garage on my property that was killing my equity, so it had to go. Nate and his crew got the job done straight away with no problems.

We hired Nate and his crew to break up a concrete sidewalk and get rid a ton of gravel in our backyard. Nate and his crew did a great job and worked with our budget.

I went with Nate's Demolition since it was close to my house and a small business owner. Nate came and priced my garage that had to be torn down. He was professional, on time, gave an estimate on the spot and went right to work the next day. He also worked with me on the payment arrangements since my insurance claim was being processed. I would call Nate if and when I ever need anything else done.

Couldn't ask for better service. He came on Friday to look at the job of tearing down my deck and the job was finished on Saturday. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Nate and his crew.

This was the first company that came up when I typed in “demolition”. This company is fair priced quick efficient and went above and beyond the description to make sure everything was done correctly. I had this project done while being in another city and he communicated all the way through with phone calls and also pictures and videos of every step during the process. Highly recommend in the Pittsburgh area.

First and foremost I would highly recommend Nate and his crew! I called Nate on Tuesday morning, he walked the project and provided a quote Tuesday afternoon. They started the project Thursday morning and were complete and cleaned up by Saturday evening. This type of responsiveness is unheard of with contractors these days! The scope of the project entailed demolition of multiple ceilings / floors and approximately 8 walls (not at all a small project).They were very respectful of the our property and went above and beyond to protect various trim work and flooring that we wanted to keep in place. My experience with demo contractors in past is that you have to spend quite a bit of time with re-work / damage after they are done, but this is the not the case with Nate and his crew! Nate is an excellent communicator and keeps you up to date with progress photos / videos. He also will call and ask questions to clarify the homeowners expectations before just taking something down. Will definitely be using Nate again!

Nate was professional , reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with - he removed a large shed and all the contents in a few hours. Nate and Ben (Bobcat operator) cleaned the site up and put down top soil. You would not even known there was a shed there. I would not hesitate to use Nate again!
